»Be honest: What do you read on Social media the most?«
It is difficult to read stories about social-ecological transformation – or to publish them. These stories move in a field of tension between ‘meta-questions’ such as the decarbonization or ‘imperial lifestyle’ and concrete examples of solutions. Many media focus on one of these poles: either small-scale projects (such as solar projects and compost toilets), or decarbonization and social participation in an abstract way. transform magazine, a print and online magazine about social change, is trying a combination: Their articles are constructive and positive – without ignoring conflicts. Marius Hasenheit talks about their approach, difficulties and solutions.
