PROCEEDINGS PUBLISHED

In 2023 with the 10th anniversary of the conference series, we organized an academic track, based on a call for papers and visual essays, and a double-blind peer-review process. To our surprise, the academic track, which went in parallel to hands-on workshops, has been extremely well attended and included lively discussions. So, we plan to give it more time and space and also interweave it better with the other formats of the conference. Here you can download the proceedings. They would not be ready without the persistent work of Mustapha El Moussaoui, and many others helping.

Join us from 29^th March – 1^st April 2023 for a lively mix of talks, workshops, walks, exhibitions, paper presentations, good food, drinks, music, dance, connection and exchange, on how we can work toward a good life for all based on solidarity. This year’s conference is partnered with KAUZ – laboratory for climate justice, work and future. In the KAUZ workshops, you can learn about and get active in social-ecological transformation. To wrap up the conference, in collaboration with the Citizen Cooperative Obervinschgau, there will be a series of walks and talks on Saturday to explore what is happening in the area. CONFERENCE OVERVIEW

Wednesday, 29^th March

Warming up at Unibz, Bolzano–Bozen, with a hands-on workshop followed by paper presentations. In the afternoon we will travelling to BASIS Vinschgau–Venosta, with a movie screening in the evening.

Thursday, 30^th &
Friday, 31^st March

Core days at BASIS Vinschgau–Venosta, with talks, hands-on workshops, paper presentations, good food, music and more. On Friday we will wrap up the day with a panel discussion followed by a party!

Saturday, 1^st April

Cooling down with walks and a workshop in Obervinschgau-Alta Val Venosta, which is not only beautiful but an avant-garde region of social-ecological transformation in the Alps.
