Diversity at Lunch at Vinterra

Presented by
Kris Krois

Viterra is social agriculture and gastronomy, where diversity in many modes comes together. A diversified agriculture, which nourishes the soil and feeds biodiversity. People with diverse abilities do the multifaceted work… and with every bite, you can taste the diversity. The people of Vinterra will tell us stories on the social movement out of which Vinterra was born, along with many other eco-social initiatives, which form a solidarity economy ecosystem and culture in Obervinschgau – Alta Val Venosta.

Besides the daily menu, for us, a vegan pasta is offered for 12 € and a salad for 3 € (water and storytelling are included).

The bus from Schlanders-Silandro Station starts at 13:16 and arrives at 13:53 Mals-Malles. From there it’s about 10 minutes by foot.
