Glocal worm-ing: the Earthworm Manifesto

Glocal Worm-ing investigates through design ways to nurture mutual human-soil relations together with earthworms and active citizen-participation to enhance multispecies coexistence in cities.

Through performative storytelling, collective writing and writing, participants will be invited to generate new knowledge and contribute to the co-creation of the Earthworm Manifesto. 

Merve Bektaş, an Istanbul-born Eco-Social Designer/Artist and creator of the “Glocal Worming” project, that is on exhibition at the Museum of Nature South Tyrol until March 2023, in partnership with the unibz and was part of BAW 2022.
