Trust in Motion explores the theme of hope through the embodied practices of Acroyoga and Partner Yoga. Rooted in connection, trust and joyful collaboration, these practices create a space where strangers can quickly become partners – seen, supported and uplifted. Through guided exercises in shifting group constellations, participants will explore key elements of hope: trusting and being trusted, giving and receiving support, finding balance in movement, and using play as a form of resistance. The session will begin with beginner friendly Acroyoga-based activities, followed by a calming Partner Yoga sequence and ending with a closing circle.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

About<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Julia Tebbe is a communication designer, yoga teacher, and currently a master’s student in Eco-Social Design in Bolzano. Movement has always been a central part of her life. Over the past seven years, she have been dedicated to practicing yoga, and for the past three years, acroyoga has become a joyful and transformative part of her journey. Through these practices, she had the opportunity to experience and be part of many vibrant communities built on the shared passion for movement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
