The workshop invites participants to explore the urban environment through the lens of the Right to the City and Urban Commons. Starting with a collective walk, participants will engage in a sensory mapping exercise to identify both barriers and potentials in public spaces \u2014 from accessibility challenges to hidden pockets of community life. By combining observation, photography, and collective mapping, the workshop fosters a critical reflection on how public spaces are distributed, accessed, and experienced. In the second part, participants will co-develop small-scale intervention concepts that address the identified issues, imagining temporary installations, citizen-driven initiatives, or participatory design actions that promote more inclusive and vibrant public spaces.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

About<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marielle Scharfenberg, is an Eco-Social Designer and Community Organizer working at the intersection of design, social projects, and sustainable development. Through systemic thinking and a multidisciplinary approach, she combines creative design methods with community-building practicesto co-create more Wequitable andsustainable communities. Her work focuses on translating complex social and ecological challenges into tangible solutions, while fostering collaborative processes and collective agency.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
