How do we collaboratively empower and enskill one another within open social movements to achieve transformation-oriented goals? How does social activity contribute to both empowerment and skill building? How does cultural activity help preserve and maintain individual and collective social achievement? These questions will be explored through small and large group exercises that involve improvisation and creative problem solving. Participants will leave with a reading and art list, as well as a clearer idea of how social practices, art, and cultural activity can generally relate to the development of broad movements for social and also political change at a variety of scales.     <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
